Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you assistance. We only offer exchange - and only if the mistake is ours - such as a name spelt incorrectly etc...

Refunds

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

If you are approved, then your replacment certificate will be processed, and shipped within 3 working days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at fakedegreecertificateuk@gmail.com.

Shipping returns

We do not accept returns.
